To Nancy and all of Mark’s family and loved ones: You are all in my heart and mind as I send you my most sincere sympathy on the passing of your dear husband, son, son-in-law, father, step-father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Clearly, Mark wore many hats. Although I haven’t had the pleasure of knowing Mark that closely, the reference of Mark’s warm smile and loving character indeed struck a chord with me as that is exactly how I felt upon meeting him, and how special he made me feel. His illness and subsequent passing has truly saddened me, and I cannot fathom the loss you are all feeling. I only hope you can feel some solace of how well thought of he is by the way he appeared to live his life and care for everyone in it. May he rest in peace, and may his memory be eternal.
