Eleanor A. (Stelmack) Premo, 82 , of Auburn, died May 20, 2015 in Millbury Healthcare Center after an illness surrounded by her loving family.

Her beloved husband, Roy A. Premo died in 2008. She leaves her children, Christine Johnson and her husband, James of Auburn, Patricia Reno and her husband, David of Charlton and Peter Premo and his fiancé Denise Cascione of Charlton; eight grandchildren, Pamela Barrett and her husband, Lon of Worcester, John Vangel of Auburn, Michael Maher and his wife, Cara of Charleston, SC, Kate Campbell and her husband, Brennan of Auburn, Vanessa Maher of Auburn ,Sabrina Marchand of Salem, and Brandon and Brian Premo of Charlton; four great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by two sisters, Irene Krupinski and Alice Bielik.

She was born and raised in Oxford, daughter of the late John and Mary (Grivalski) Stelmack. She met and married her husband, Roy and they raised their family in Auburn where she resided for 57 years.

Eleanor retired from the Graphics Arts Department at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. Throughout the years, she and husband enjoyed spending time with their family and trips to Foxwoods.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Eleanor’s family on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 from 9:30-10:30AM in the Britton-Wallace Funeral Home, 91 Central Street, Auburn. Her funeral will be on Tuesday with a funeral Mass celebrated at 11 AM in Saint Joseph’s Church, 189 Oxford St North, Auburn. Burial will follow Hillside Cemetery, Auburn. Memorial contribution can be made to a charity of one’s choice
