AUBURN-Jeannine M. Paradis, 83, of Auburn died Monday November 10th in St. Vincent’s Hospital after a period of declining health.
She is survived by her brother Noel Paradis, of Auburn; and many nieces and nephews. Jeannine also leaves 2 great nephews who were a special part of her life; Joseph & Samuel Paradis. She is predeceased by her 7 siblings; Omer, Herve Robert and Raymond Paradis, and Marguerite deBlois, Bertha Thibeault, and Georgette Clapp.
Jeannine was the daughter of the late Pierre and Marie (Ferland) Paradis. She was born in Worcester, educated in Worcester schools and graduated from St. Stephen's High School. Before moving to Auburn 8 years ago, Jeannine lived in the Grafton Hill section of Worcester.
Jeannine retired from the Norton Co. where she was employed for over 40 years.
In her spare time she enjoyed travelling to Maine and spending time at the beach.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours held from 10-11 AM, followed by a prayer service at 11 AM on Wednesday November 19, 2014 in the Britton-Wallace Funeral Home, 91 Central Street in Auburn. Burial will follow in Notre-Dame Cemetery.
