AUBURN- Beatrice (Blondin) Taylor ,88, of Worcester, formerly of Sturbridge and Auburn, died April 5, 2014 in the Life Care Center of Auburn after a period of declining health.
Her husband of 58 years, Kenneth W. Taylor, died in 2007. She is survived by her many loving nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and cousins.
She is the last of the Blondin family of 9 children; she is predeceased by her brothers: Rudolph, Raoul, Leonel, Oscar,and Roland,and sisters: Rita Bousquet, Doris Allard, and Aline Fredette.
She was born in Worcester; she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Clementine (Veronneau) Blondin. She was a graduate of Worcester Girls Trade School. Beatrice loved to travel with Kenny, and especially enjoyed Wells Beach, Maine. She loved to sew for herself and for others. Some of her favorite things were dancing with Kenny, and Thursday lunches with her brothers, sisters, and their spouses.
Relatives and friends are invited to a calling hour from 9:30-10:30 Wednesday April 9th in the Britton-Wallace Funeral Home, 91 Central Street in Auburn. Her funeral will be held at 11:00 AM in St Joseph's Church, 189 Oxford Street, North, Auburn. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park.
