Dear Tom and family: I will never forget Linda. As Dr. Magee's nurse she conducted the labor and delivery class for my first baby. When I went into labor on June 14th, 1987 she was on duty and saw me through the whole process, even helping to deliver Samantha. She was so thrilled as it was the first time she had been on duty when one of her patients went into labor. I have some lovely photos of her from that day. I always remember her encouraging me when I said, "I can't". She retorted: "Erase that word from your vocabulary!" I am so sorry I can't be there tomorrow as we are away. But please know that on a very special day in my life Linda made it even more special.
