Obituary for Frank D. Rohacik
Frank Drake Rohacik, 71 years old, passed away peacefully into the hands of our Lord on Friday October 20, 2017.
Frank was born in Stamford, Ct, and is the son of the late George & Dorothy (Drake) Rohacik. He leaves his beloved wife & companion of 35 years Maureen Biram-Rohacik, three daughters; Amy Rohacik of NH, Susan Rohacik of OR & Tiffany Biram of MA, two sons; Zachary Rohacik and his wife Lauren Angelet-Rohacik of MA and the late John Jacob Biram 1st LT U.S. Air Force. and he leaves 4 grandchildren. He also leaves his dear sister Beverly LaBarbera of CT and family.
He's a graduate of Danbury High School in CT then became a Vietnam veteran in the U.S. Army. He spent many years in the financing industry which resulted in building his own Finance company. In his latter years, his work as a medical courier, coupled with his Christian faith, touched the lives of many.
His passion for boxing led to him become a boxing adviser where he developed many meaningful relationships throughout the years.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Frank’s family on Friday October 27, 2017 from 5-8 pm in the Britton-Wallace Funeral Home, 91 Central St, Auburn. A graveside service will be on Saturday October 28, 2017 at 9 am in St. John’s Cemetery, 260 Cambridge St, Worcester (St. Matthew Section).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in memory of Frank Rohacik to the Boys & Girls Club of Worcester, attn: Liz Hamilton, 65 Tainter St., Worcester, MA 01610 OR made online at www.bgcworcester.org. In the memo section, please include Frank Rohacik's name.
