Jeanne L. (Vaudreuil) Tibbetts, 80, of Shrewsbury died Friday, November 27, 2015 in her home surrounded by her loving family.

Jeanne was born in Fitchburg and raised in Worcester, daughter of the late Roland and Regina (Cloutier) Vaudreuil. She graduated from Commerce High School in Worcester. She later married her best friend and the love of her life, Richard. They moved to Shrewsbury where they started their family together and she has lived for many
years.

Her husband of 55 years, Richard P. Tibbetts died in 2009. She leaves a daughter, Carol A. Paul and her husband, Lenny of Hampton Beach, NH, five sons, Richard P. Tibbetts, Jr., and his wife, Nancy of Worcester, Paul R. Tibbetts and his wife, Shawna of Auburn, Jeffrey A. Tibbetts and his wife, Tammy of Shrewsbury, Christopher R. Tibbetts and his wife, Missy of Gardner and Brian K. Tibbetts of Shrewsbury; also survived by ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister, Lucille Vaudreuil.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Jeanne’s family on Monday, November 30, 2015 from 5-7 PM in the BRITTON-SHREWSBURY FUNERAL HOME, 648 Main Street, Shrewsbury. A funeral Mass for Jeanne will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 10 AM in Saint Anne’s Church, 130 Boston Turnpike, Shrewsbury.
