William E. "Bill"  Brower
AUBURN- William E. “Bill” Brower, 59, of Auburn, formerly of Pittsfield died Friday, October 2, 2015 in Saint Vincent Hospital, after an illness, surrounded by his loving family.

He leaves his wife of 17 years, Theresa L. (Kane) Brower; his children, Andrew S. Brower of Holyoke and Kayrin M. Brower of Auburn; two brothers, Robert J. Brower and his wife, Judith Evrard Brower of Shaftsbury, Vermont and John F. Brower and his wife, Debra Brower of Richmond, MA; also survived by two nieces and many wonderful friends.

Bill was born in Pittsfield, son of the late Robert C. and Mary M. (Fahey) Brower. He graduated from Taconic High School and was a member of the Imperial Drum and Bugle Corp.

He had worked for many years as a store Manager for Stop & Shop and Big Y Supermarkets before he became a food broker for the Price Chopper Supermarkets.

Bill enjoyed spending time with his family, he especially always made time for his two beautiful kids, Andrew and Kayrin. Bill also had a passion for music, whether he was making it or listening to it, he enjoyed it all… and let’s not forget his love for the New England Patriots and his beloved Boston Red Sox.

The Brower family wishes to send their heartfelt gratitude to the Saint Vincent Cancer and Wellness Center and a special thanks to Dr. David Shepro for all his compassionate care to Bill and his entire family.

At Bill’s request, there will be a private graveside service celebrating his life in Hillside Cemetery, Auburn, MA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to: St Vincent Hospital Cancer and Wellness Center, One Eaton Place, Worcester, MA 01608.
