Obituary for Luella M. Raymond
AUBURN- Luella M. (Bottom) Cuddeback Raymond, 88, of Auburn, died Friday, August 29, 2014 in Saint Vincent Hospital after an illness.
She leaves her husband of 53 years, Donald L. Raymond; a daughter, Lorna Bricault of Worcester; a daughter-in-law, JoAnn Cuddeback of Spencer; four grandchildren, Luella Bricault, George Bricault, Jr , Trent Cuddeback and Jenna Hubacz; also survived by four great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Gerald L. Cuddeback in 2006 , a brother, Theodore and a sister, Arlene.
Luella was born in Oxford, MA daughter of the late Guy and Ruth (Schofield) Bottom.
She had worked for Owens Corning Corporation for many years. She later retired from Minuteman Box Company in 1996. Luella loved her family, her home and baking for special events. She spent many hours volunteering in the Auburn Community. Luella and her husband, Donald traveled extensively throughout the continental United States.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Luella’s family on Wednesday, September 3, 2014 from 5-7 PM in the Britton-Wallace Funeral Home, 91 Central Street, Auburn. A service honoring her life will be on Thursday, September 4, 2014 at 10AM in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Central Cemetery, Millbury. Donations in her memory can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
