Condolence: Dear Ted and Family, I am very sorry for your loss. I remember your Mom well from the 1950's when you and I were good friends growing up in Shrewsbury. Whenever I came to your home she always went out of her way to talk to me, treat me with respect, and make me feel welcome. She took time to answer serious questions and give advice when asked. I was extremely fond of her and remembered her kindnesses to me throughout my life.
