Donna J. (Prescott) DiLiddo, 65, of Grafton, died Thursday, December 27, 2012 in Rose Monahan Hospice Residence after an illness.

She leaves her daughter, Sherry E. Thompson and her fiance, Richard A. Giannetta of Clinton; two grandson, Noah R. Thompson and Jacob J. Giannetta, both of Clinton; her companion of many years, Paul Maranda on North Grafton and several cousins.

Donna was born in Worcester and raised in Shrewsbury, daughter of the late George and Shirley (Duff) Prescott. She graduated from Shrewsbury High School with the Class of 1966. She later received a Certificate of Allied Health from Becker Jr. College in Worcester. Donna had lived in Shrewsbury for many years before moving to Grafton over 37 years ago.

She had worked as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant for many years in many of the Health Care facilities in the Worcester area.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Donna’s family on Saturday, January 5, 2013 from 10:30 AM-12:30 PM in the Britton-Shrewsbury Funeral Home, 648 Main St, Shrewsbury. A service honoring Donna’s life will begin at 12:30 PM. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Shrewsbury. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Hirshberg Fund for Pancreatic Cancer research, 2990 S. Sepulveda Blvd, Suite 300C, Los Angeles, CA 90064.
